The Last Station of the Desert (2 Days) Quiotepec, Oaxaca Seven rivers that feed the main river, now called the Río Grande or Papaloapan Alto, moisten and give life to this land; on the west, the Tomellin, Apoala, Sabino, and Salado rivers; to the east, the Las Vueltas river and two other rivers.

About the event
Sabino Canyon or Green Wings Canyon.
Recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a mixed site, this majestic canyon nests in the Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Desert. Its walls are home to the endangered Military Macaw ( Ara militaris ), nesting in the depth of 250 meters.
Day 1
We leave Mexico City at 6 a.m. from your location toward the Sabino Canyon in Oaxaca. We first pass through Cholula Pue. We have breakfast for approximately 1 hour. We regroup with the Cholula group and continue our journey toward the Alas Verdes Canyon. We begin the hike to the viewpoints at approximately 3:30 p.m. and finish the route at 7 p.m. We head back to the cabins for dinner and rest.
