Day 2: The Great Ascent

The early hours of the second day will mark the start of your challenge towards the Rodilla Summit. Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Mexico City – Izta-Popo National Park – Camp

  • Departure from Mexico City at 10:00 a.m.

  • Arrival at Izta-Popo National Park around 12:30 p.m.

  • Setting up camp and rest time.

 

Day 2: Camp – Ascend to Rodilla Summit – Return to Mexico City

  • Start of ascent at 3:00 a.m.

  • Approximate 9 hours 30 minutes round-trip.

  • Return to Mexico City around 4:00 p.m.

Includes:

Service provision contract

Entrance to the Izta-Popo National Park.

Round-trip transportation from Mexico City or Puebla with passenger insurance.

Bottled water (bring your own reusable container) throughout the excursion
