VA! VIAJES is committed to protecting the environment and your safety. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read and follow these guidelines:

The guide has full authority over the group or individual participants.
Walking is only permitted on routes indicated by the guide.
Do not damage or destroy the natural spaces you visit.
The guide will decide if the trip must be cancelled due to accidents, weather, or any condition that may compromise the safety of the group or an individual.
Always obey the guide and assistants.
Respect natural areas at all times.
It is strictly forbidden to take rocks, plants, or animals from the site.
The use of headphones or any device that prevents hearing the guide’s instructions is prohibited.
Running is not allowed in areas with potential hazards unless authorised by the guide.
Keep mobile phones on silent mode during the experience.
Do not use speakers or sound devices that may disturb local wildlife.
Drones are not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
Expect the guide to follow the planned itinerary.
Children who require constant carrying are not allowed, as the terrain requires both arms free at all times.
Do not light fires in unauthorised areas.
Camping is only allowed in designated areas.
Use only the assigned areas for toilets and campfires.
Do not push or shove other participants.
Do not litter; waste must be disposed of in designated areas at the end of the trip.
Smoking is prohibited during the trek and while in transport.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In case of cancellation or late arrival, no refund will be issued.
A 100% refund will be provided only if VA! VIAJES cancels the trip due to guide illness, weather conditions, or any other factor preventing the activity from taking place.
The reservation fee is 50% of the total cost per person.

You choose the date, and depending on VA! VIAJES’ schedule, your reservation will be confirmed or an alternative date will be offered.
VA! VIAJES determines the departure time.

The minimum group size is 2 travellers, and the maximum is 12, ensuring group safety.
Reservations must be made at least 4 days before departure.
