I declare and give by informed that there is a risk in all activities (walking, camping, rappelling, caving, rafting, medium and high mountain) that take place in Natural Areas such as ANP, APPF, Biosphere Reserves, National Parks, Ecotourism Parks, where there may be a delay, injury, illness or death.
The tour guide will be the one who makes all the decisions to stay in the place, continue or suspend the journey either by accident or weather conditions that may put the integrity of the participants at risk, therefore reasons a refund will not be made.

I assume the risk involved in these adventure activities outdoors and in inhospitable areas. Knowing that the result of an excellent trip will depend on our best disposition. Any cost not included in this expedition will be borne by each participant.

The guide is the one who has total control of the group or person.

You will only walk where the guide indicates.

Do not destroy the natural spaces in which you find yourself.

The guide will determine if the trip is suspended due to accident, weather or any condition that exposes the safety of the group or person.

Obey the guide and monitors at all times.

Respect natural areas.

It is strictly forbidden to take rocks, plants or animals from the place.

The use of headphones or any hearing device that prevents hearing the guide's instructions is prohibited.

It is forbidden to run without the guide's authorization in areas with some risk.

Keep cell phones in silent mode.

It is forbidden to turn on sound devices which disturb the animals of the place.

Require the guide to comply with the itinerary.

Carrying children in their arms or not allowing the traveler to use them is prohibited, as the area requires both arms free at all times or in case of emergency.

Do not light campfires in unauthorized areas.

Camping only in the indicated places.

Occupy only the areas assigned as bathrooms-fire pits.

Do not push.
-
Do not throw garbage, at the end of the tour it will be left in assigned areas.

Do not smoke during the tours or in the transport.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
​
The reservation is made with 50% per person and in case of cancellation or not arriving at the indicated time on the day of departure, no refund will be made.
A 100% refund will be made in the event VA! TRAVEL is the one that cancels the tour,An exception is made to this reimbursement if it is due to weather or any risk condition, in this case an agreement will be reached to reschedule the date.

The date is proposed by you and depending on the VA VIAJES agenda,
your reservation is accepted or another date option is offered, the schedule is proposed by us.

NUMBER OF TRAVELERS
Theminimum for every departure is 2 travelers and themaximum en of 12, this is for security reasons for the group.

In case of equipment damage (helmets, canes, harnesses, muskets, ropes, clothing, etc.) a full charge will be made for the piece if it is used in a different way than the guide instructions.
​
All reservations must be made maximum 4 days before your departure.
